This place is in a great spot because it's within walking distance to restaurants, the mountains, and just a short bus ride away from the gondola 🚠. the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delightful.

The food at the hotel is absolutely fabulous, comparable to top-notch restaurants in major cities. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easily accessible from Geneva.

Although there were a few minor setbacks, such as limited menu options and a small pool frequented by children, the overall experience at Best Western Chalet Les Saytels was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We traveled as a group of friends on a four days ski trip and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was superb and beautifully presented. The Spa was enjoyed by us all. Our room was on the corner and has two balconies!

Parking could be an issue at busy times and the general decor is a little tired.
